Dear Distinguished

It's been a long time without you my friend; I'll tell you a little bit in this letter. The rest will wait till after this lock down eh? Good. Recall that ten-years-challenge thingy back in 2018? Well, I should tell you why I did not participate. Shouldn't I? The thing was that I could find no pictures of myself as a baby/child. I did something interesting though. I wrote a poem highlighting how much I had grown in ten years.

April's theme for Distinguished Teenagers was Growth and I actually learnt a lot which aided my growth. The compulsory holiday has been a blessing in disguise. As much as I'll like to admit that I could not read much, I'm grateful for the little I've improved on and learnt so far. After this lock down, if you see me going about with pieces of fabric, needles and threads just shey normal.πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Let's even put the lock down aside, as a true child of your Father, how much have you grown?πŸ€”πŸ€”πŸ€” If you're still in the same spot as last year there's a big problem o. It's true Abba may keep us longer in a particular stage in our relationship with Him; yes we have different time tables but excuse me ma, what have you learnt in the stage you are? πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

If you plant a seed of corn on a fertile ground, won't you expect sprouts in two weeks time? Tell me, how long have you been born again? Was it boiled corn that was planted in your field? Or you have clay soil only on your farmland? Sha remember that if you don't grow out of the ground, your usefulness will not be maximized by the Father.

Let your light so shine. See every event in your life as part of the process. Your growth will reflect in how long your candle burns without going off.

Selah,

The Distinguished.
